Dean Niedospial

Marketing Director

Dean Niedospial has over 25 years financial management, accounting, investment, administration and marketing experience and has been with Gardner Rich since 2002. Prior experience includes being Chief Financial Officer of the Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund and the Executive Director of the Chicago Park District Pension Fund where, among other duties, he managed the fund’s transitions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Gregory Vernon

Vice President, Sales

Greg Vernon brings over 10 years of institutional experience in the equity and fixed income markets. He comes to Gardner Rich, LLC from Bear, Stearns & Co., where he functioned as an institutional equity and fixed income trader, executing transactions for pension funds, hedge funds, investment managers, municipalities and corporations. Prior to joining Bear, Mr. Vernon was an analyst at Fannie Mae in the Corporate Finance department.

Mr. Vernon graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65 licenses.
